As a dedicated healthcare professional and a parent, the inspiration behind Shift Sitters is deeply rooted in the experiences of my own family. My wife, a nurse working long and demanding hours, faces the challenges of balancing her profession with our shared responsibilities as parents to our two boys. It was through witnessing firsthand the juggling act of coordinating childcare during irregular shifts that the idea for Shift Sitters was born.
